Gina Fleury is an associate in the Boston office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice Group. She is also a member of the Professional Liability and Landlord Tenant Practices. Gina’s practice focuses on complex employment and labor matters as well as professional liability and general liability matters in New England from the pre-claim to appellate stages of litigation. Gina represents employers in a wide variety of employment and labor matters including cases involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, business relations, contract disputes, defamation, family and medical leave laws, and wage and hour claims in state and federal court as well as administrative agencies. She also represents insurers, self-insurers, employers, and third-party administrators in Workers' Compensation matters.
As a member of the Corporate Landlord Practice, Gina represents New England housing providers, including landlords, property owners, and property managers, against claims of discrimination and retaliation in state and federal courts as well as state and local fair housing administrative agencies. Gina also represents housing providers, including landlords, property owners, and property managers in various professional and general liability matter such as personal injury and property damage claims.
As a member of the Professional Liability Practice, Gina represents a variety of professionals including architects, engineers, lawyers and law firms, surveyors, medical professionals and organizations, veterinarians, directors and officers, product manufacturers, financial brokers and dealers, insurance brokers, consultants, towns, and other individuals and corporations in state and federal court in professional and general liability matters. Additionally, Gina represents individuals in complaints against their professional licenses and certificates before various professional licensing boards.
