Cleveland Partners Tera Edwards and Brad Barmen obtained a full defense verdict in a case in Milwaukee concerning a compressed natural gas (CNG) tank explosion that caused the plaintiff to undergo a bilateral leg amputation. The firm’s client parachuted Tera and Brad in 10 days before the trial to take lead on the case.

Orange County Partner Cary Mullen and Associate James Werner secured a dismissal on summary judgment and recovery of costs for the firm’s client, Kia America, Inc., in the matter of Charbel Adaimy v. Kia America, Inc., (erroneously sued as Kia Motors America, Inc.), LASC No. 23STCV24815.

Edwardsville, Ill. (December 3, 2025) - Madison County Partners Adam S. Johnson and Nicholas Martin recently secured a defense verdict in a wrongful death case following a jury trial in Madison County, Illinois. The matter arose from a motor vehicle versus pedestrian accident and was filed by the decedent’s father.
