Christopher Sargoy is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois, and a member of the Labor & Employment, Wage & Hour Class Actions, and Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practices. 

Mr. Sargoy has substantial experience representing employers in matters pertaining to wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wage and hour issues, including class actions.  His clients have included publicly traded companies, entrepreneurs, and entertainers.   An aggressive litigator, Mr. Sargoy is adept at building cases through targeted discovery strategies, cross-examination, leveraging procedure to gain tactical advantage, and successful motion practice.

As a commercial litigator, Mr. Sargoy has trial-to-verdict experience involving claims of breach of contract, fraud, unfair competition, intentional interference with prospective economic advantage, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, and unjust enrichment.

Mr. Sargoy has also served as national, lead, and local counsel on behalf of Fortune 500 corporations in complex products liability matters across state and federal courts in California, Texas, Michigan, Nevada, and Tennessee.
