Candis Jones is a seasoned attorney and partner in the Atlanta office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice, where she specializes in defending businesses, insurance carriers, hospitals, independent medical providers, and transit authorities in complex litigation matters. 

Throughout her career, Candis has successfully represented clients in a variety of industries, focusing on areas such as catastrophic injury accidents, medical malpractice defense, negligent security, and personal injury claims. Her comprehensive approach to case management includes thorough investigations, strategic planning, and effective negotiation techniques, which have led to numerous favorable outcomes for clients.

Candis is committed to providing personalized legal services, understanding that each client’s situation is unique. She works closely with clients to develop tailored legal strategies that align with their business objectives.  

In addition to her litigation practice, Candis is a Past President of the Gate City Bar Association, Vice President of the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association, and Vice President of Membership for the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers, illustrating her commitment to both the practice of law and the betterment of the community. She is frequently called upon to speak to clients, industry groups, and her peers, sharing her insights on emerging trends in defense strategies and legal reforms.

When not advocating for her clients, Candis enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.
