Anna M. Luczkow is a partner in the Cleveland and Akron offices of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Corporate, Ukraine Conflict & International Trade, and Entertainment, Media & Sports Practices. Anna’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and other commercial transactions, as well as general corporate law matters including entity organization, contract negotiations, and corporate governance. Anna advises start-ups and middle market companies owned by private individuals, investment and private equity firms, and public companies on strategic decisions from early stage through maturity and sale or merger. Anna represents clients across all industries, including aviation and aerospace, entertainment and media, professional services, healthcare, and manufacturing.
Anna is skilled at identifying and navigating complex issues that arise during transactions, including matters involving tax, securities, employee benefits, real estate, intellectual property, and labor and employment laws. Anna regularly collaborates with colleagues across the firm who specialize in these and other areas to resolve issues and deliver beneficial results for clients. Anna understands that successful negotiations require advocating for her clients’ best interests without adversely impacting anticipated long-term business relationships.
Anna is also experienced in providing outside general counsel services to clients whose needs range from shareholder/member matters, succession planning, commercial matters, service contracts, and financing. Anna works diligently to understand her clients’ businesses and what is important to them so that she can develop tailored legal solutions that meet their business objectives.
Outside of the office, Anna is a dedicated member of the Executive Committee of Ladder Down Cleveland, a leadership business development and mentoring program for women lawyers, and is involved in several other professional, community, and charitable organizations.
Anna is consistently recognized by Super Lawyers on the “Ohio Rising Stars” list and by Best Lawyers on the “Ones to Watch” list.
