Sheryl Lynn Tan is a partner in the Sacramento office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Corporate and Securities & Corporate Finance Practice groups. Sheryl represents publicly and privately held companies in areas of corporate governance, corporate finance, securities and general corporate matters. 

Sheryl has advised clients in a variety of business and corporate matters, including general corporate (corporate formation and governance), private equity and capital raising transactions, private and public offerings, mergers & acquisitions and U.S. securities law compliance. Sheryl also provides clients with corporate governance and compliance support and works closely with management teams and board of directors for their day-to-day business and general corporate needs. 

Sheryl is originally from Singapore and has experience working with companies from the Asia and Southeast Asia regions. In her free time, she enjoys baking, video games, esports and musicals (including foreign adaptations).
