Andrew J. Lopez is a partner in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability and Construction Practices. Mr. Lopez has experience handling construction accident cases and general liability matters. He regularly represents general contractors, construction managers, owners, and subcontractor entities and is well-versed in the New York State Labor Law. He handles cases involving many large high rise and commercial building construction as well as private utility facilities and equipment. Mr. Lopez also practices in the area of premises liability and represents owners and lessees of commercial space. Mr. Lopez's prior experience includes personal injury matters as well as automobile owners and drivers in automobile accident litigation. In addition, he has represented individuals in criminal defense litigation as well as plaintiffs in personal injury matters.

During law school, Mr. Lopez was a judicial intern for Hon. Reinaldo E. Rivera, Supreme Court of the State of New York, Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department, and a judicial intern for Hon. Margarita Lopez Torres, Surrogate's Court, Kings County.
