Conor Donze is an associate in the Philadelphia office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Entertainment, Media & Sports Practice.

As an associate in the Entertainment, Media & Sports practice group, Conor’s work focuses on preparing and negotiating agreements in the music, digital media, technology, art and fashion industries, including recording agreements, publishing agreements, endorsement agreements, and production agreements. Conor carefully adapts his practice to the respective needs of the firm’s clients which include established and developing artists, songwriters, producers, bands, independent record labels, digital distribution companies, content creation and management companies, music publishing companies, apparel companies, management companies, executives, influencers, actors, models, and multimedia fashion and lifestyle companies.

Conor also has substantial civil litigation experience in a variety different industries and practice areas such as Life Sciences, Products Liability, General Liability, Medical Malpractice, Health Regulatory & Compliance and Professional Liability Practices. 

As a member of the Life Sciences Practice, Conor focuses primarily in the areas of pharmaceutical and medical device product liability defense, medical malpractice defense and long term care litigation. He defends national medical device and pharmaceutical companies at various levels of the supply chain in both local and multidistrict product liability actions. His complex cases involve alleged catastrophic injuries and economic losses attributed to malfunctioning surgically implantable medical devices and contaminated and/or defective prescription medications. Conor also expanded his practice to representing physicians in numerous subspecialties, nurses, physician practice groups, hospitals, a major regional integrated health system, long-term care facilities, and substance abuse treatment centers in medical professional negligence matters. These complex cases routinely involve misdiagnoses, medication errors, perioperative complications, falls, decubitus ulcers, among others. Additionally, Conor has represented land owner and facility operators in the defense of premises liability claims throughout the local region.Conor has prepared and argued a wide variety of pre-trial motions and has drafted winning briefs and pleadings in significant cases on behalf of his clients.
