Nicholas Testa is an associate in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois. Nick’s practice primarily consists of construction accident cases brought under the New York State Labor Law; sexual abuse cases brought under the Child Victims Act and Adult Survivors Act; and motor vehicle accident cases. He has a proven track record of success for his clients by using outside-the-box thinking to achieve the best possible results. Nick also values building relationships with clients so as to best understand their business and objectives. Nick’s practice extends to the State of New York, the State of New Jersey, and federal court. Nick was named to the 2023, 2024 and 2025 New York Metro Super Lawyers Rising Stars list by Thompson Reuters.
Prior to being admitted to the bar, Nick graduated cum laude from Hofstra Law School, where he was an articles editor for the Hofstra Labor and Employment Law Journal, an intern for Hon. Leonard Austin of the Appellate Division, 2nd Department, and a research assistant on projects studying the judiciary.
