Rodolfo Orozco Beas is a partner in the San Francisco office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Litigation Practices. 

Mr. Orozco Beas handles a variety of complex matters, primarily focusing on insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. Mr. Orozco Beas specializes in claims and lawsuits arising from first party coverage disputes and suspicious losses. He also has experience handling general liability litigation.

Mr. Orozco Beas recently defended at trial an insurer in an action for breach of contract and bad faith in Alameda County Superior Court. After three weeks of trial, the jury returned a verdict for plaintiff for far less than the amount demanded before trial. 

Mr. Orozco Beas is admitted to practice law in all California state courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Central District of California, Eastern District of California, and Northern District of California.
