Partners Alice Conway Powers, Simi Bhutani & Cheryl Wilke as they provide an update on the #MeToo movement, discussing the finer points of defending claims in an increasingly hostile environment. This webinar will cover the current landscape as it applies to employment-related claims and how best to address claims filed against the backdrop of the #MeToo movement.

Ms. Powers is a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. Her practice focuses on general employment counseling and employment litigation, in both Colorado and California.

Ms. Bhutani a member of the Labor & Employment Practice.  She counsels clients and litigates claims of discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and defamation as well as wage and hour disputes in single-plaintiff and class/collective actions.  

Ms. Wilke is a member of the Labor & Employment and Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practices. She specializes in Employment Law as well as Corporate Compliance and Business Litigation for mid-market and national businesses.

Ms. Holm is co-chair of the Professional Liability Practice, and vice-chair of the Product Liability Practice. Her specialty is Trial Practice in Professional, General, Employment, Transportation and Product Liability matters.
