Brian C. Pearn is an associate in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability and Construction Practices. Mr. Pearn has experience handling construction accident cases and general liability matters. He is well-versed in the New York State Labor Law and regularly represents general contractors, construction managers, owners, and subcontractor entities. He handles cases involving many large high-rise and commercial building construction. Additionally, Mr. Pearn also practices in the area of premises liability and represents owners and lessees of commercial space. Mr. Pearn's prior experience includes personal injury matters as well as automobile owners and drivers in automobile accident litigation.

During law school, Mr. Pearn was a judicial intern for Hon. Joseph Risi in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Queens County.
