A native to Savannah, Georgia, Kaitlin is an associate in the Savannah office and a member of the General Liability Practice. She handles a diverse caseload, including transportation and trucking torts, premises liability, wrongful death, and general liability matters. She has extensive experience in resolving pre-litigation matters through informal negotiations or alternative dispute resolution. She also has extensive experience in handling every aspect of litigation, including the discovery process, conducting and defending depositions, engaging in dispositive and pre-trial motion practice such as motions for summary judgment and motions to dismiss, and trial preparation.
