Joe Deignan is a partner in the San Diego office of Lewis Brisbois.  He is a member of the general liability, environmental, and professional liability practice groups.

Mr. Deignan has substantial experience litigating and influencing high impact civil actions in state and federal courts for catastrophic injury, wrongful death, general liability, environmental/toxic torts, professional liability, employment, and product liability matters.  He also has experience in handling trucking accidents, HOA disputes, construction defects, and property management related issues.

Mr. Deignan acts as lead counsel in cases through all phases of litigation, and routinely obtains favorable resolution results for clients.

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Mr. Deignan handled matters involving criminal defense, contract negotiation, and government/public affairs.
