Patrick Garcia is an associate in the Atlanta office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Complex Business & Commercial Litigation and Real Estate & Land Use Practices. 

Patrick focuses his practice on defending landlords in personal injury and breach of contract claims, including class and collective actions, evictions, regulatory compliance for landlords, litigation involving title to properties, contract review for purchase and sale agreements and lease agreements, and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements. Patrick also represents property management companies in drafting HOA bylaws and covenants. He is barred in Georgia and primarily works on Georgia issues but has also litigated in Florida and Minnesota by pro hac admission. Patrick has advised on contracts in Florida, North Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, and Arizona. 

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Patrick worked at a real estate litigation boutique where he handled every type of real estate dispute that exists: property line disputes, contract disputes, specific performance cases, contract negotiation for both purchases and leases, asserting and defending against adverse possession, quiet title actions, condemnation, judicial partition, drafting HOA covenants, contesting HOA covenants, and complex cases of fraud, including RICO cases, arising from title theft and corporate mismanagement. Outside of real estate, he also worked on garnishment cases and advised on probate law in Georgia.
