Nicholas Chauvin is a fourth-year associate in the New Orleans office of Lewis Brisbois. Nicholas, CIPP/US, assists and guides clients through the aftermath of data breach and cybersecurity incidents, which often create business and legal problems. He has extensive experience assisting clients through the legal obligations and risks arising out of business email compromise, ransomware, wire fraud incidents, and other cyber-attacks. Nicholas also works with clients to address pertinent and pressing business problems which often result with cyber-attacks. His advanced education in both business and law has cultivated a business-focused approach to legal counseling. 

Nicholas also has experience representing clients in transportation, construction defect, maritime, contract dispute, and general liability litigation.
