Moriah Cheatham Williams is an associate in the Akron office of Lewis Brisbois. She builds relationships with clients in order to tailor solutions to their unique needs, making the litigation experience easier. She handles business disputes both in and out of court. Moriah has a passion for trial work but recognizes that clients prefer resolving disputes before they even reach litigation. She has negotiated several settlements, always keeping her clients’ interests in mind.

Moriah also has experience in real estate litigation defending property owners and commercial tenants in premises liability cases, as well as matters involving commercial restrictive covenants. Beyond litigation, her real estate experience extends to handling compliance matters involving commercial and residential building and housing code enforcement.

In addition to representing clients, Moriah is an advocate for her community. She serves on several nonprofit boards and municipal commissions, and she volunteers regularly.
