Elaine Sun is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Healthcare, Medical Malpractice, and Government Investigations & White Collar Defense Practices. 

Elaine has extensive experiencing representing healthcare providers and entities in a variety of litigation, regulatory, and transactional matters. Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Elaine focused on defending medical malpractice and general liability cases. Her clients included individual health care providers, medical groups, hospitals, and other healthcare entities. Most recently, Elaine gained experience in litigating cases with complex issues pertaining to healthcare fraud and abuse and violations of the False Claims Act.
