Michael Jacobson is a partner in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the First Party Property, Insurance Coverage, and Bad Faith Litigation Practices. After graduating Seton Hall law school in 2014, Mike handled insurance coverage disputes involving property insurance, reinsurance, general liability insurance, D&O and E&O insurance. Mike has litigated cases in various jurisdictions throughout the United States on behalf of domestic and foreign insurers. Mike has also litigated general liability, commercial and subrogation matters. And he has experience resolving matters through arbitration and mediation. Mike has also completed a secondment in an insurer’s financial lines division to assist in resolving complex coverage claims.

Prior to law school, Mike worked at an international consulting firm in its pharmaceutical and medical products practice. His work involved working on projects ranging from operations, merger and acquisitions, divestitures, business development and licensing and CEO led turnarounds.
