Seth Friedman Elected Fellow of ACCC
Atlanta Partner Seth M. Friedman was recently elected to serve as a Fellow in the American College of Coverage Counsel (ACCC). He joins New Orleans Managing Partner Jennifer E. Michel, and Los Angeles Partners Michael R. Velladao and Rebecca R. Weinreich in this prominent role at ACCC.
Atlanta, Ga. (March 2, 2023) – Atlanta Partner Seth M. Friedman was recently elected to serve as a Fellow in the American College of Coverage Counsel (ACCC). He joins New Orleans Managing Partner Jennifer E. Michel, and Los Angeles Partners Michael R. Velladao and Rebecca R. Weinreich in this prominent role at ACCC.
The ACCC seeks to advance the creative, ethical and efficient resolution of insurance coverage and extracontractual disputes, and enhance the quality of the practice of insurance law. The organization focuses on educating all sectors involved in the field of insurance law on critical issues such as developing trends in insurance law and bad faith, trial practice and alternative dispute resolution, policy formation and claims handling.
Mr. Friedman is a National Vice-chair of the Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Litigation Practices. He has extensive experience claim counseling and litigating in a wide variety of insurance coverage areas including general liability, pollution, construction defect, first party property, fidelity, employment, professional liability, errors & omissions, public entity liability, surplus lines, asbestos, and toxic torts.
