Aidan Hayward is an associate in the St. Louis office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability, Transportation, Medical Malpractice, and Asbestos Litigation Practices. His practice focuses on representing clients in civil litigation in state and federal courts. 

Aidan has extensive experience defending clients in personal injury cases involving commercial vehicle accidents and general liability claims. In addition, his practice includes representing healthcare providers in medical malpractice actions, as well as premises owners and manufacturers in premises and products liability matters concerning allegations of exposure to asbestos. Aidan also defends clients in complex commercial litigation matters and represents landlords in eviction cases. 

Prior to joining the firm, Aidan attended Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, where he served as a staff editor for Washington University Jurisprudence Review. During law school, Aidan won a brief award at a moot court competition. He also worked as a law clerk at Anheuser-Busch InBev, assisting in-house counsel on M&A, compliance, and employment law matters. Additionally, he gained experience working on federal habeas corpus cases in the Washington University Post-Conviction Relief Clinic.

Aidan lives in St. Louis, Missouri. He is an avid reader, chess and tennis player, and music enthusiast.
