Nicole Langeberg is an associate in the Houston office, where she is a valued member of the General Liability team. Her practice encompasses a broad range of civil litigation matters, with a particular focus on trucking and transportation cases. Nicole brings extensive experience in accident reconstruction, which enhances her ability to analyze complex liability issues, navigate critical client exposure, and advocate effectively for her clients. Nicole has handled diverse cases involving automobile accidents, transportation network companies, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, premises liability, landlord/tenant disputes, and estate planning. Her comprehensive background allows her to navigate multifaceted legal challenges with precision and insight.

Before entering private practice, Nicole spent four years as a subrogation adjuster for a major insurance carrier. During that time, she earned her adjuster license and served as an arbitration panelist, gaining valuable experience in claims evaluation and dispute resolution.
