Brian Jun is an employment attorney in the San Diego office of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith. He represents small and large corporate clients in a variety of litigation matters, including wage and hour claims, harassment, retaliation, and discrimination disputes. 

Brian received his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law. Upon graduation, Brian was an associate for a plaintiff’s law firm in Los Angeles where he also dealt with employment matters. Working for both plaintiffs and defendants has allowed him to gain perspective on the merits and arguments for both sides of a case.

Prior to law school, Brian received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, where he graduated with distinction. As a Chicago native, Brian enjoys rooting for his hometown Cubs, Bulls, and Bears in his spare time.
