Mason Wimberley is an associate in the Dallas office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice.
Mason defends employers in matters involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and worker’s compensation. He also has experience representing residential properties in matters involving housing discrimination. Mason regularly handles cases before federal and state administrative agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Texas Workforce Commission Civil Rights Division as well as cases in state and federal courts throughout the State of Texas.
In addition to his labor and employment practice, Mason also has ample experience with civil cases involving premises liability, automobile and trucking accidents, commercial litigation, estate disputes, and professional liability. He routinely handles numerous aspects of litigation including investigation, motion practice, depositions, trial preparation, and mediation.
Mason has a nearly decade-long prior career in secondary education. He earned his Juris Doctor from the UNT Dallas College of Law, graduating cum laude.
