Caroline Sand is a partner in the Miami office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Appellate Practice. 

Ms. Sand has over thirteen years of civil litigation experience at the trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts. Her practice involves providing support at all stages of civil litigation through trial, including assistance with the development of legal strategy and arguments, drafting and arguing complex legal issues during motion practice, and preparing jury instructions. Additionally, Ms. Sand handles appeals and drafts appellate briefs.

Ms. Sand has experience in a broad range of areas, including products liability, motor vehicle accidents, and toxic torts. In addition, she previously worked at a management-side labor and employment firm for over nine years where she defended private and public employers against employment discrimination, whistle-blower, and other employment related claims at all stages from pre-suit through appeal.
