Holly K. Johnston is an associate in the Houston office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability and Transportation Practices. 

She handles a wide variety of legal matters throughout the State.  Her experience includes prelitigation, litigation, and monitoring personal injury and property damage claims related to transportation, such as trucking and TNC accidents; catastrophic injuries from oilfield and construction accidents, crane collapses, and pump truck tip-overs; construction defects; premises liability; sexual assault; lack of habitability; and daycare negligence.  Additionally, she has experience handling E&O claims against insurance agents and brokers, as well as deceptive trade practice claims. 

In addition to her legal knowledge and experience, Holly utilizes her expertise in human behavior and psychology and her science and financial background, along skills and knowledge from her prior business and leadership roles in industrial, healthcare, and financial industries, to represent her clients’ interests strategically and zealously.
