Candace C. Dickson is an associate in the Northwest Indiana office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. Mrs. Dickson has an abundance of experience in representing individuals, municipalities, and corporate clients in both federal and state courts. Mrs. Dickson's primary areas of practice include insurance law, personal injury defense, wrongful death, premise liability, products liability, lemon law defense, and medical malpractice defense.
Mrs. Dickson began her legal career at an Indiana based law firm where she represented individuals, municipalities, and corporate clients in areas of practice that included insurance law, premise liability, negligent security, Indiana Dram Shop Act, personal injury, constitutional claims, airport law, and business transactions.

Pro Bono & Philanthropy
Mrs. Dickson is a board member of Sojourner Truth House, which is a day center for homeless and at-risk women and their children. As a board member, Mrs. Dickson assists the organization with raising funds to further Sojourner Truth House's interests. Mrs. Dickson is also dedicated to serving all mankind with her membership with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. As a member, Mrs. Dickson has served her local community by raising scholarship funds for high school and college women, cleaning up Marquette Beach in Gary, Indiana and planting trees in the park surrounding the local beach, as well as assisting community members with the proper disposal of household products and other waste. Moreover, Mrs. Dickson serves as the Board Attorney for the Urban League of Northwest Indiana Young Professionals. This auxiliary group supports the Urban League of Northwest Indiana in furtherance of their interests surrounding education, financial literacy, health and wellness, civic/civil leadership and diversity throughout Lake, Porter, and LaPorte counties in Indiana.
