Rachel Mangan is an associate in the Nashville office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Entertainment, Media & Sports Practice. Rachel’s practice focuses primarily on counseling individuals and businesses in the entertainment industry and providing guidance to creators, entertainers, musicians, and entrepreneurs in connection with a variety of transactions, including recording agreements, publishing agreements, endorsement agreements, and production agreements. 

Originally from Chagrin Falls, OH, Rachel graduated summa cum laude from Kent State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and a minor in Pre-law. After graduating, Rachel moved to Nashville and attended Belmont University College of Law, receiving her Juris Doctor in 2021, with a concentration in Entertainment & Music Business. While at Belmont Law, she achieved Dean's List, acquired best performance awards in Legal Information & Communication Practicum II and Federal Income Taxation, and became Managing Editor of Law Review. Before joining Lewis Brisbois, Rachel practiced with a boutique entertainment firm in Nashville, TN. Rachel has a sincere desire to help entertainers and creators of intellectual property. In addition to her passion for entertainment and intellectual property law, she is an avid ice hockey fan.
