Sue is a partner at Lewis Brisbois. She graduated from Indiana School of Law in 1989 and practiced with Lewis Wagner Sinclair and Wagner for the next 20 years. Sue eventually formed her own firm, where she practiced for 11 years before joining Lewis Brisbois. 

Sue was appointed preferred panel counsel for Indiana asbestos litigation by major insurance carrier in the early 2000’s and continues to represent multiple insureds from several insurance companies. She works directly with the corporate legal department and with representatives of over 20 companies, consisting of product, premises and contractor defendants. Sue manages Indiana asbestos and talc litigation from the filing of the Complaint, through pre-trial discovery and motion practice through trial.

In addition to keeping clients informed of individual cases, Sue keeps clients apprised of the ever-changing landscape of Indiana asbestos and talc litigation and has earned the respect of clients and co-counsel including Plaintiff counsel, around the country.
