Allison Stewart is an associate in the San Francisco office of Lewis Brisbois in the General Liability Practice group. Allison’s experience in civil litigation includes complex personal injury actions, product liability, construction defect, premises liability and automobile and trucking accidents. This experience includes defense of serious personal injury matters including traumatic brain injury, wrongful death and elder abuse. Additionally, Allison has mediation and arbitration experience on cases with varied ranges of claims and damages. 

In addition to her work in civil litigation, Allison has experience in worker’s compensation litigation as well as divorce, custody, probate, and domestic violence. As a practicing family law attorney, Allison managed cases with complex financial and property issues, leading to trial successes in support awards, financial distributions, and custody. 

Along with her legal background, Allison brings over a decade of experience working in Fortune 500 technology companies. She managed global programs with a keen understanding of the operational needs of these multi-billion dollar corporate entities. This inside experience serves as an asset in her current representation of corporate clients.
