Odette Bruce-Tagoe is a partner in the Houston office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Healthcare, Energy, Marine & Power, Complex Business & Commercial Litigation, and Corporate Landlord Practice groups. With more than 25 years of transactional, in-house, and litigation experience in both law firm and corporate environments, Ms. Bruce-Tagoe serves in the role of providing in-house counsel services and general legal advice on business and transactional issues for firm clients.

Throughout her career, Ms. Bruce-Tagoe has successfully provided services to a wide range of clients, from Healthcare providers to Upstream Energy companies. Showcasing her versatility and adaptability across different areas of law, Ms. Bruce-Tagoe brings a wealth of practical expertise in general corporate, healthcare, professional liability, oil and gas, and real estate law, coupled with an in-depth knowledge of international trade, finance and investment law. Her ability to navigate intricate landscapes and provide actionable insights has been instrumental in offering strategic counsel, driving successful outcomes in complex negotiations and dispute resolutions, supporting acquisition and divestiture efforts, and ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance for clients.

Born in England, and having lived on three continents, Ms. Bruce-Tagoe also brings a global perspective to her work. With admissions to the Texas and Florida Bars, as well an advanced degree in International Law, she has a comprehensive understanding of legal frameworks across domestic and international borders.
