Michael Lee is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Products Liability, Consumer Warranty, and Korean Business & Litigation Practices. Mr. Lee specializes in consumer warranty litigation, including defense of lemon law litigation and related claims under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, in both California State and Federal Courts. Mr. Lee also has significant experience handling cases involving healthcare payor/payee disputes and contract negotiations.

Mr. Lee has substantial civil litigation experience, and handles all aspects of litigation through trial, including law and motion, discovery, mediations, and depositions. He has successfully negotiated numerous favorable settlements on behalf of multiple automobile manufacturers and distributors, as well as secured defense verdicts at trial.
