Mr. Erickson is a partner in the Labor & Employment practice group in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois. He has been a civil ligation defense attorney in Los Angeles for over 40 years. He has extensive experience in all aspects of trial practice.

For the past 25 years, Mr. Erickson's practice has been focused on defending employers in litigation initiated by employees in state and federal court, as well as in the state and federal administrative agencies governing employment issues. During this time, he has developed long standing relationships with his clients, which he finds particularly rewarding. Mr. Erickson's clients are employers in a wide range of industries, including healthcare, fitness, retail, manufacturing, logistics, and hospitality.

Mr. Erickson defends his clients in all types of employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination, as well as wage and hour single plaintiff, class action, and representative actions. He also devotes a substantial amount of his time to providing employment counseling for his clients to assure they are in compliance with applicable laws.

Mr. Erickson is retained directly by employers and also by a wide array of insurers.
