Tyler Schlimme is an attorney in the Akron and Cincinnati offices of Lewis Brisbois and is a member of the Labor and Employment and Complex Business and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups. In order to provide the best representation and outcome, Tyler focuses on listening to clients and resolving their disputes in an effective and calculated manner.

In his labor and employment practice, Tyler helps businesses navigate and defend employment disputes that arise under various areas such as discrimination, harassment, FMLA and ADA compliance, and wrongful termination. Tyler has handled claims from the pre-litigation and administrative stage through trial in state and federal court.

Tyler regularly handles complex business litigation and works with clients to appreciate how they do business and, in turn, crafts solutions that are tailored to his clients needs in any given situation. Whether a dispute deals with a contract dispute or claims for fraud, business interference claims, or breach of a fiduciary duty, Tyler always keeps his clients' goals in mind.

When Tyler is not practicing law he is spending his free time with his wife, Michelle, going to concerts, and watching the Cincinnati Bengals.
