Webinar Series: Accident Investigation I – Transportation

Orange County, Calif. (June 3, 2024) – Houston Managing Partner David Oubre, Houston Partner Joelle Nelson and New York Partner Adam N. Schwartzstein will present a webinar titled “Accident Investigation I – Transportation,” on June 20, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. PT.

During this informative 60-minute CLE session, our speakers will present on the best ways to handle the transportation accident investigation process. Moderated by Orange County Partner Esther Holm, this session will be beneficial and informative for insurance professionals, general counsel to motor carriers, and everyone else who often handles claims involving death or serious bodily damage resulting from motor vehicle accidents.

Mr. Schwartzstein is a vice-chair of the General Liability and Transportation Practices. His practice includes the defense of motor carriers, municipal bus operators, school bus companies, paratransit operators and livery companies. 

Mr. Oubre is a member of the General Liability and Transportation Practices. He has handled a wide variety of claims involving personal injury defense including refinery accidents, crane collapses, oil rig collapses, 18-wheeler accidents, construction accidents, bus accidents, premises claims for individuals and businesses, automobile liability and underinsured/uninsured motorist claims.

Ms. Nelson is Co-Chair of the National General Liability Practice and Co-Chair of the Transportation Practice. She has successfully handled a wide variety of claims related to transportation, catastrophic injury, construction defect claims, products liability defenses, and premises liability claims on behalf of small businesses to large national retailers. 

Ms. Holm is co-chair of the Professional Liability Practice, and vice-chair of the Product Liability Practice. Her specialty is Trial Practice in Professional, General, Employment, Transportation and Product Liability matters. She moderates all sessions that are part of this General Webinar series by Lewis Brisbois.
