Mark Rodriguez is an associate in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. He focuses his practice on civil litigation, regularly handling construction and insurance coverage matters. Additionally, he has experience managing cases related to commercial disputes, medical malpractice, New York's Child Victims Act, and defamation under New York’s Anti-SLAPP law. 

During law school, Mr. Rodriguez interned with the Honorable Lorna G. Schofield of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, where he assisted with drafting opinions and legal memoranda in both criminal and civil matters.
