David Hendrix, a partner in the Tampa, Fort Lauderdale, and  Miami Offices of Lewis Brisbois, is a significantly accomplished and distinguished attorney with a national law practice. David has three decades of experience as a commercial litigator representing clients in state and federal courts throughout Florida and the United States. David has tried hundreds of cases in both a jury trial and bench setting in addition to serving as a mediator. His practice includes complex business litigation, banking and financial services litigation and banking and credit union regulatory and compliance matters. David has been recognized as an AV – Preeminent Rated lawyer by Martindell Hubbell for 30 years, a Florida Super Lawyer and recognized by the Best Lawyers in the areas of Commercial Litigation and Banking and Financial Services. He was featured on the cover of the American Lawyer Magazine, and he and his team won the DBR Litigation Department of the year Award for their work defeating an internation class action claim.
