Victoria M. Scaglione is an associate in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. Ms. Scaglione represents clients in employment disputes involving employment discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour matters at the federal and state court levels, as well as before administrative agencies.

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Ms. Scaglione was an associate attorney at a law firm in Woodbury, New York, where she represented clients in a wide range of state and federal employment matters, including claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Ms. Scaglione also interned for Associate Justice Leonard B. Austin of the New York Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department.

Ms. Scaglione received her Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. In law school, she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Hofstra Labor and Employment Law Journal. Ms. Scaglione earned her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
