Kevin D. Clinton is a partner in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Labor & Employment, Professional Liability, Legal Malpractice Defense, and Employment Advice & Counseling Practices.

Kevin uses his well-rounded knowledge of employment law and insurance coverage in defending employers in all manner of cases, including those alleging discrimination, harassment, retaliation, discharge and demotion. Based on his prior EPLI claims experience, Kevin has a keen sense of how EPLI carriers analyze and value cases. Kevin also defends administrative proceedings at the federal, state and municipal levels and represents employers in wage and hour audits and litigation. 

Kevin also litigates other types of professional liability matters (focusing on legal malpractice), along with litigating transportation and general liability matters.
