David Ahlstrom is a Partner of the firm’s Cincinnati office. David is licensed in Ohio, Kentucky, and Arizona. David's practice focuses on general liability and insurance defense cases, and he has obtained favorable results for his clients in hundreds of cases including wrongful death, product liability, premises liability, trucking, bad faith, general business liability, landlord and tenant eviction, code compliance, reasonable accomodation requests, and complex commercial cases. David has extensive experience assisting commercial and residential landlords with complex real estate matters, including specifically evictions, forcible detainer and entry actions, lockout, and statutory compliance on such matters, among other issues. David has first chair trial experience.

David earned his law degree from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where he graduated summa cum laude in May 2003. While in law school, David served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Arizona State Law Journal, the school's principal law review. David also holds a Bachelor's Degree in English, with a minor in Law and Economics.

David has a breadth of experience working at large and small law firms and also as staff counsel for a major insurance company.
