Delaney McCoy is an associate in the Kansas City office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. 

During law school, Delaney interned for a firm specializing in personal injury, under federal and Missouri State judges, and for UMKC's Self Help Clinic. She further participated as a member of UMKC's Law Review, Association of Women Lawyers, and the Health Law Society. 

Upon finishing law school, Delaney joined a local Kansas City firm, primarily practicing in the fields of toxic torts and insurance law. She has experience in personal injury, premises liability, insurance defense, and workers' compensation in various aspects of litigation.
