Cole Corder is an associate in the Nashville office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. Cole represents his clients throughout all stages of civil litigation from case inception to completion, including pre-suit and pre-trial investigations and negotiations, written discovery, fact and expert witness depositions, dispositive motion practice, and if necessary, trial preparation. Cole’s General Liability practice focuses primarily on matters involving premises liability, products liability, automotive liability, wrongful death, business and commercial disputes, and construction defects.
