Davis Lackey is an associate in the Atlanta office of Lewis Brisbois and is a member of the General Liability Practice. Mr. Lackey has successfully defended insurance companies, their insureds and self-insured companies against commercial automobile/trucking liability and premises liability claims.

Mr. Lackey has handled a variety of matters in the transportation industry and premises liability throughout Georgia. In this regard, Mr. Lackey has vast experience in successfully drafting and arguing dispositive motions, including motions to dismiss, motions for judgment on the pleadings, and motions for summary judgment across the state. He is also experienced in defending conducting and defending depositions, negotiating settlements, trial preparation and trying to verdict.
