Daniela O'Regan is an associate in the Boston office of Lewis Brisbois and is a member of the Professional Liability Practice Group. Daniela focuses her practice on civil litigation defense work in the state and federal courts of New England representing professionals including architects, engineers, lawyers, surveyors, directors and officers, financial representatives, medical professionals, real estate brokers, real estate developers and other individuals and corporations.

Daniela’s prior experience includes representing clients in civil enforcement actions in cases of Medicare/Medicaid fraud matters, advocating for long term care facilities and advising clients on matters of regulatory compliance. Additionally, Daniela’s prior experience includes representing clients in maritime litigation and transactional matters, including the Jones Act and general maritime law claims, collisions, property damage, insurance coverage disputes and subrogation actions.
