In this informative 60-minute session, titled “Arbitration Agreements: A Powerful Risk Reduction Tool for Care Providers,” Ms. Walker and moderator Kathy Shostek (Munich Re Specialty) will explore how arbitration agreements can help health and senior care providers reduce litigation risks and avoid nuclear verdicts. Attendees will learn about the benefits of arbitration, essential components of a strong agreement, and strategies for maximizing enforcement through education and training. Ms. Walker is a Chair of the firm's Healthcare, Medical Malpractice, and Long-Term Care Practices.
