Sam Hines is an associate in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice.

Sam received his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 2021. While attending law school, Sam was a member of the Criminal Law Assocation. Additionally, Sam was a member of the Moot Court Honors Society and a member of the Brooklyn Law Journal of Law and Policy. During law school, Sam gained exposure to criminal and civil litigation through his myriad of internships. 

Before joining Lewis Brisbois, Sam was an Assistant District Attorney at the Bronx County District Attorney's Office. There, he prosecuted hundreds of cases from inception to trial for a variety of misdemeanors and violent felony offenses.

Sam received his B.A. from Trinity College in Hartford, CT, where he was a Public Policy and Law major.
