Mr. Jenkins counsels and defends clients in toxic tort, mass tort, product liability, property damage, construction defects, and insurance matters. With nearly two decades of experience handling wrongful death and catastrophic injury matters, he has litigated and negotiated settlements in several multi-million-dollar cases. Mr. Jenkins has represented boiler manufacturers, printing press manufacturers, drywall suppliers, and contractors. He earned his law degree from the Santa Clara University School of Law and his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Vanderbilt University. He is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in California as well as in federal court in Pennsylvania.
