For more than 40 years, Ms. Jackson has counseled and defended product manufacturers and premises owners in jurisdictions throughout the United States in complex toxic tort and product liability litigation. She has served as national coordinating counsel for multiple national companies, has overseen more than 100,000 cases nationwide, and has tried 16 complex multi-party cases to verdict in California, West Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. Ms. Jackson represents clients across several industries, including manufacturers of asbestos products, talcum powder and personal care products, electrical components, power generation, silica, and food products. She earned her law degree from University of the Pacific’s McGeorge School of Law and her undergraduate degree from the University of California at Davis. She is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in California, in federal court in Pennsylvania, and before the U.S. Supreme Court.
