Child Victims Act/Human Trafficking & Assault (CVA/HTA) Practice
Lewis Brisbois' Child Victims Act/Human Trafficking & Assault (CVA/HTA) Practice represents businesses and organizational clients in complex cases involving child sexual abuse, adult sexual abuse, and human trafficking throughout the United States.
The CVA/HTA Practice can provide integrated advice to clients navigating the challenges that arise in defending these sensitive and legally complex matters. The CVA/HTA Practice will keep clients apprised of updates in the trends of these cases, which have become more prevalent nationwide as many states have expanded applicable statutes of limitations and thereby permitted the filing of claims based on alleged incidents that occurred several decades earlier.
