Robert J. Faderl is a partner in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois. His practice focuses on New York State Labor Law/construction litigation, as well as auto and general liability matters. Prior to joining the firm, Robert gained extensive experience with general liability and labor law matters involving utilities, contractors, residential municipal entities, and retail Fortune 500 companies.

Robert graduated from Fordham University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He obtained his Juris Doctor from St. John's University. He is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, and the United States Supreme Court.

When not practicing, Robert is an avid golfer and hockey player. He also maintains a NYS EMT-CC certification and is affiliated with a Suffolk County fire department.
